Buffalo meat

Okay kiddo, have you ever seen a buffalo? They're these really big animals that look kind of like cows, but they have a big hump on their backs and really shaggy hair. People used to hunt them a lot a long time ago, but now most buffalo are protected and live on farms.

Some people like to eat buffalo meat because it's leaner than beef, which means it doesn't have as much fat in it. When you cook it, it looks kind of like beef but it might taste a little different - some people say it's a bit more gamy or earthy.

Buffalo meat is usually sold frozen or fresh, just like beef, and you can make all kinds of yummy meals with it like burgers, chili, or meatloaf. Just make sure to cook it all the way through because like with all meat, you don't want to get sick from any germs that might be on it.

So that's pretty much it, kiddo. Buffalo meat is just another kind of meat that some people like to eat because it's healthier and has a unique flavor. Hope that helps!
