Bullshit job

A "bullshit job" is a job that seems like it is useless and doesn't really need to exist. It's a job that nobody really likes to do and doesn't really help anyone. For example, a company may hire someone just to answer emails, but those emails don't really need to be answered, so the person doing the job is really wasting their time. Sometimes, companies create these jobs to make it look like they're doing more than they actually are.
