Bureaucratic collectivism is when a group of people work together in a structured way and rely on rules, processes and procedures to achieve a common goal. It works like this: At the top, there is one person (or a few people) who makes decisions and sets the rules. Then, there are other people who follow the rules and carry out the tasks, usually in a structured and organized way based on the set rules. These people are called bureaucrats, and their job is to help the top person to reach their goal. Everyone works together as a team to get things done, even though one person is in charge of making the rules and decisions. Bureaucratic collectivism is an efficient way to work together and get the job done!
