Bush dance

So, imagine you are going to a big party where everyone is going to wear cool clothes and dance together. But this party is different because it's called a bush dance. That means it's a type of dance that started a long time ago in Australia, when people used to live on farms and in the countryside.

At a bush dance, people dance to music that is usually played on instruments like guitars, banjos, and fiddles. Some of the music might even have people singing along with it. The dancing is really fun and usually involves lots of hopping, skipping and clapping.

The steps can be a little confusing at first, but don't worry because people will be happy to show you how to dance. You'll find that people of all ages love to come to bush dances, from young kids, to old grandpas and grandmas. It's a great way to have fun and be active with your friends and family.
