Chebureki

Chebureki are tasty and popular snacks that originated in some parts of Russia and Central Asia. They look like little half moon-shaped pies or turnovers that are filled with savory meat or vegetable fillings.

Making chebureki is pretty simple: first, a thin flatbread is rolled out, and then it is stuffed with filling. Some people use a mixture of ground beef or lamb, onions, and spices for their filling, while others use potatoes, cheese, spinach, or even sweet fillings like apples or berries.

Once the stuffing is applied, the edges of the flatbread are pinched together to seal the filling, and then the little half moons are deep-fried until they are crispy, flaky, and golden brown. Sometimes, they are served with sour cream or a spicy sauce.

Chebureki are a great food to eat on the go or as a quick snack, and they are a favorite in many countries. They’re delicious, portable, and easy to make, so no wonder people love them so much!
