Lángos

Lángos is a yummy food that comes from Hungary, which is a country far away from where we live. It is made using a special kind of dough that is mixed with yeast (just like we use when baking bread) and then kneaded until it turns into a soft and stretchy dough. The dough is then flattened and cut into small pieces, which are then fried until they turn golden brown and crispy.

After frying, the lángos is usually sprinkled with some garlic (which is a yummy seasoning that comes from a plant), salt and shredded cheese. Some people like to add sour cream or even a special kind of sausage on top. It might look like a big pizza or a flatbread, but lángos is actually very different from those foods.

People have been eating lángos in Hungary for a very long time and it is something that is enjoyed by both children and adults. It is often sold as a street food and people can either eat it while walking or sit down at a table to enjoy it with their friends or family members.

So, in summary, lángos is a yummy food from Hungary that is made using a special dough and fried until it turns crispy. It is then topped with yummy seasonings like garlic, salt, and cheese, and enjoyed as a snack or meal by people who live there or who are visiting Hungary.
