Chelow kabab is a yummy dish that people in Iran like to eat.
It's like grilled yummy meat on top of fluffy white rice.
For the grilled meat, people usually use either beef or lamb. They put pieces of meat on a long metal stick and cook it over a fire until it gets all crispy and browned on the outside.
For the fluffy white rice, they use a special kind of rice that they wash and soak before cooking. Then they cook it in a pot with water and add a little bit of butter to make it taste extra yummy.
When it's all done, they put the grilled meat on top of the fluffy white rice and eat it with their hands or a spoon. It's especially yummy when they dip it in a special kind of sauce called mast-o-khiar, which is made with yogurt, cucumbers, and herbs.
Some people in Iran like to eat chelow kabab at special occasions, like weddings or birthday parties. Other people like to eat it at their local kabab shop or restaurant. But no matter where you eat it, chelow kabab is always yummy and comforting.
