ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Chemical computer

A chemical computer is a type of computer that uses chemicals, instead of electricity, to store and process information. In a chemical computer, chemicals are used to represent data and also to control the flow of information within the computer system. Chemical computers can be used for a wide variety of purposes, from solving mathematical problems to creating images and music. Because chemical computers use chemicals instead of electricity, they are able to operate at much lower temperatures than regular computers, and they use less energy, too.
