Chief human resources officer

A Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) is someone who makes sure a company takes good care of its employees. They make sure all employees are treated fairly, that they have the right skills and resources to do their job, and that their workplace is safe and healthy. The CHRO also makes sure the company follows the law and other regulations related to employment. They also help set up policies and programs that support employee development and help them do their best work.
