Chiftele

Chiftele are yummy meatballs that come from Romania. You know how your mom makes meatballs for spaghetti? Well, chiftele are kinda like those, but a little bit different. First, we use ground beef or pork or a mix of both. Then, we mix in some onions, eggs, and bread crumbs to help the meatballs stick together. We also add some spices like salt, pepper, and parsley to make them taste good. Once the mixture is all mixed up, we roll them into little balls and fry them up in a pan until they are nice and crispy on the outside. Chiftele are best served with mashed potatoes or a salad on the side. Yum!
