Pârjoale

Pârjoale are very yummy meatballs that people in Romania like to eat. They are made from finely chopped, or ground, meat like pork, beef or chicken.

To make them, we usually mix the meat with onions, eggs, breadcrumbs, and spices like salt, pepper, and parsley. Once all of these ingredients are mixed together, we shape them into small balls about the size of a person's hand.

The meatballs are then fried in oil until they are brown on the outside and cooked through on the inside. Once they are done, we can eat them by themselves or with a side of mashed potatoes, vegetables, or pasta.

Some people like to put different things inside their pârjoale, like garlic or cheese, to make them even more delicious. Overall, pârjoale are a tasty and popular food in Romania and are enjoyed by many people of all ages.
