ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Choiceless awareness

Choiceless Awareness is a way of focusing on the present moment without trying to make choices about it. It is often described as being aware of every part of your body, your emotions, and your surroundings without getting caught up in judgement. Instead of judging or deciding, you just allow yourself to observe and experience what is happening around you. This practice can help us to stay in the present moment and to be more mindful and aware of our surroundings.
