Anapanasati

Anapanasati is a type of Buddhist meditation practice. You sit in a comfortable position and then focus on your breathing. You pay attention to each breath as it comes in and out. You don't try to control your breathing but just observe it. As you focus on your breath, you can observe your thoughts, feelings, and sensations. After some time, you can extend the meditation practice to include kindness, compassion, and gratitude. This helps to bring a sense of peace and contentment.
