Samatha-vipassana

Samatha-vipassana is a type of Buddhist meditation. It encourages you to become aware of your thoughts and feelings and helps you to be relaxed and calm. A meditator tries to focus on their thoughts and feelings without judging them. To do this, the meditator focuses on their breath, observing how it goes in and out of the body. As they focus on their breath, they try to pay attention to their body and their thoughts without trying to change anything. This can help them to become more aware of the present moment and to be more aware of the sensations they are experiencing. They can also become more mindful and aware of any potential distractions or mental blocks that may be getting in the way of their meditation. By practicing samatha-vipassana regularly, it can help to reduce stress and improve mental clarity and focus.
