Kammaṭṭhāna

Kammaṭṭhāna is a type of meditation that comes from Buddhism. It helps your mind feel relaxed and focused on the present moment. To do kammaṭṭhāna, you sit in a comfortable position and pay attention to your breath. Each time your mind wanders away, you focus on your breath again. As you practice, it gets easier to be mindful and you start to feel more peaceful.
