A cider mill is a place where apples are turned into a yummy drink called cider. First, the apples are washed and sorted to make sure they are good and tasty. Then, they go through a special machine called a press. The press squeezes the juice out of the apples and separates the pulp (the tough part of the apple) from the juice. The juice is put into big tanks and sometimes sweeteners, like sugar or honey, are added to make it even tastier. Finally, the cider is bottled or put into jugs and sold for people to drink and enjoy!
