ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Cognitive liberty

Cognitive liberty is a way of thinking about freedom and how it applies to the mind. It means that people should be free to think, share, and use ideas and information as they choose, and not be controlled by outside forces. It also means that nobody should be forced to think or believe something that they do not agree with. Cognitive liberty allows people to make decisions about their own thoughts and help them to stay independent and free from being influenced by others.
