Commission on Industrial Relations

Commission on Industrial Relations (CIR) is a group of people who work together to make sure that companies and workers treat each other fairly in the workplace. They talk with employers, employees, and governments to try and make sure everybody gets along and is happy with the way things work. They also look for ways to make the workplace better for people to work in.
