Comparison (grammar)

Comparison in grammar is when we talk about how things are similar or different to each other. You know when you say your house is bigger than your friend's house, or your favorite color is brighter than your sibling's favorite color? That is comparison! It's kind of like when you play a game and you want to see who won. You compare your score to your friend's score to see who did better. In grammar, we usually use words like "than" or "as" to show how things compare. So remember, comparison is like looking at two things side by side to see how they are different or alike.
