ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Computational trust

Computational trust is like having a computer help you decide if you can trust someone. It is like asking a computer to study all the evidence so it can give you an answer about whether a person or thing is trustworthy or not. Computers can look at things like how a person has behaved in the past, and also things like feedback from other people. Then the computer can give you an opinion about whether you can trust the person or thing. Computers can also help you keep your trust strong by regularly checking in with them and making sure it is still safe to trust the person or thing.
