Constitutional colorblindness

Constitutional colorblindness is a legal philosophy which says that people of all races and colors should be treated the same. It means that the laws and government should not treat one group of people differently than another just because of their race, color, or ethnicity. It's sort of like the saying "treat others the way you want to be treated." It means that everyone should be given the same opportunities regardless of their color or race. This can include things like voting rights, educational opportunities, employment opportunities, and more. Constitutional colorblindness is important because it helps create equality between all people and can help lead to a more just society.
