Convenience cooking

Convenience cooking is like when you want to make tasty food but you don't want it to take too much time or effort. It's like when your mom or dad buys a frozen pizza that you just have to put in the oven, or when they make pasta that comes in a box with a sauce that you just have to add water and heat up.

Convenience cooking is great when you don't have a lot of time, or when you're feeling lazy but still want to eat something yummy. It's also helpful when you're not really good at cooking, because a lot of the work is already done for you.

However, sometimes convenience cooking can be unhealthy. Some of the foods that are easy to make and take less time may contain a lot of salt, sugar or unhealthy fats. So it's important to still try to eat healthy and balance your meals even when you're using convenience cooking methods.

So, in summary, convenience cooking is when you make food that is easy and quick to prepare, but it's important to make sure it's healthy too.
