Cotton bale

Okay kiddo, have you ever seen cotton before? It's a soft fluffy material that comes from a plant. Now, when people grow lots of cotton plants, they have to gather up all the cotton and put it into big bundles so it's easier to transport. These bundles are called cotton bales.

A cotton bale is kind of like a giant pillow made out of cotton. But instead of being used for sleeping, it's used for things like making clothes, sheets, and towels.

To make a cotton bale, farmers use a special machine called a cotton gin to remove the seeds from the cotton plants. Then, the cotton is pressed and packed tightly into a bale. The bales can vary in size, but they're usually pretty big and heavy.

Once the cotton bales are ready, they can be shipped to factories where the cotton is turned into all sorts of useful things. So, that's what a cotton bale is - a big bundle of cotton that's ready to be made into all kinds of stuff!
