Creole nationalism

Creole nationalism is a belief that people who are born in a certain place should have pride in their culture, even if it includes parts of more than one culture. For example, if people in a certain country have a mix of African, European, and Latin American cultures, creole nationalists would be proud of how their culture is different from others. They would also believe that the people in their country should be recognized as a unique and important culture.
