CrossFit is like playing dress up for adults. You put on a special outfit and go to a special place where you do a bunch of different things to make your body strong and healthy. CrossFit is sort of like going to the playground with a bunch of your friends, but instead of playing on the monkey bars and swings, you have to do things like lifting heavy weights, running fast, jumping high, and doing push-ups. All of these things help make your muscles stronger, your heart healthier, and your body more flexible. Just like when you play dress up, when you do CrossFit you can pretend to be all kinds of different people - an athlete, a superhero, a soldier, or even just a really awesome version of yourself!
