Power training

Power training is a type of exercise that helps you to move quickly, explosively, and with a lot of force. It can help you do things like jump higher, run faster, and hit a baseball harder. It is different from other exercises because you try to do the exercise as fast as possible in order to build strength and power. To do power training, you will do exercises like sprints, jumps, throws, and medicine ball exercises. Doing these exercises quickly helps you become more powerful in your movements.
