Diet of Japan

The diet of Japan is mostly made up of lots of vegetables and fish. Japanese people usually eat a lot of rice and noodles called ramen. Fish, such as salmon and tuna, are also eaten a lot. They also eat different types of meat, including beef and pork. They eat lots of different kinds of fruits and vegetables like carrots, tomatoes, and apples. They also eat traditional foods like sushi, tempura (fried vegetables), and tofu. Eating a balanced and healthy diet is important to Japanese people. That means they try to make sure they get the right amount of protein, carbohydrates, and vegetables in their meals. Eating several small meals throughout the day is also important in Japan.
