Dinosaur

A dinosaur is an animal that lived very long ago, before humans existed. Various kinds of dinosaurs lived in many different parts of the world, from tropical forests to chilly mountains. Most dinosaurs were very large and walked on their hind legs. They had thick skin and long tails, and some of them had long necks and horns. Dinosaurs died out a very long time ago, but scientists continue to find and study fossils of dinosaurs to learn about their lives.
