Directorial system

A directorial system is a way of managing a company, government, or other organisation. In a directorial system, a group of people called directors, who are chosen by the shareholders, make most of the decisions about how the organisation should work. This means the directors make the big decisions, while other employees give the directors their advice and help to carry out the plans. This system is different from a democracy, where all members of the organisation have a say in decision-making.
