Dishwashing liquid

Okay kiddo, do you know how we wash our hands with soap after playing with dirt and grease? Dishwashing liquid is kind of like soap, but for dishes that we use for eating.

When we eat food, the plates and utensils get oily and dirty. Dishwashing liquid helps to get rid of that dirt and oil so that the dishes become clean again.

The liquid itself is made up of different chemicals that work together to get the job done. There are different types of dishwashing liquids for different kinds of dishes and situations.

When we want to wash the dishes, we put a small amount of the liquid on a sponge or in the sink with water. Then we scrub the dishes with the sponge or soak them in the soapy water. After that, we rinse off the dishes with clean water.

And that's how dishwashing liquid works! It helps to keep our plates and utensils clean so that we can eat our food without any dirt or grease on them.
