Division of labor

Division of labor means that when a big job needs to be done, people work together by each one doing a special part of the job. It's like building a big tower out of Lego blocks. Daddy might build the base, mommy might build the walls, and you might add decorations on top. Everyone has a special job that they're good at, so it's faster and gets done better than if one person did everything. It's like teamwork!
