Drug prohibition law

Drug prohibition law is a rule made by the government that says it is illegal or against the law to buy, sell, or use some types of drugs.

Think of it this way: just like how your parents make rules at home, the government makes rules for the whole country. And one of those big rules is that certain drugs, like heroin, marijuana, cocaine, and methamphetamine, are not allowed to be used because they are dangerous and could hurt people.

The people who break this rule are called drug dealers or drug users, and they can get into big trouble – sort of like how you might get in trouble if you are caught taking something from your sibling's room without asking.

Many adults believe that this law is important because it keeps people safe from harm and addiction. But some people think that the law is too strict and should be changed so that certain drugs are legal, like medical marijuana which can be used to help people with certain health problems.

All in all, drug prohibition law is a serious rule meant to protect people from dangerous drugs.
