E-mail spam

Email spam is when someone sends you lots of emails you didn't ask for, usually to try and get you to buy something or give out information. It’s kind of like when you get a bunch of junk mail in your physical mailbox that you don’t want. The difference is, it’s much easier for spammers to target millions of people with emails instead of regular mail.
