Ecofascism

Ecofascism is a type of political ideology which believes that protecting the environment should be done through authoritarian or even violent methods. For example, the ecofascist might think that the best way to protect animals or the environment would be to put strict rules in place, or even punish people who don't follow those rules. This is different from trying to protect the environment through education, or through peaceful methods like protests. Ecofascism is not a very popular belief and it is often linked with prejudice and hate, so it is important to be careful when talking about it.
