Economic justice is when everyone in the economy, or a group of people in the economy, get a fair share of what they need, like food, clothes, and other resources in order to survive and thrive. We want everyone to have enough money to live a comfortable life. Economic justice also means that everyone in society should have the same access to education and job opportunities and be able to succeed whether they live in a city or rural area. People should also not have to pay too much or face unfair taxes or services. Everyone should have a voice in the way the economy works and have a say in what types of businesses are good to support. Finally, economic justice means that people should not have to live in poverty or without basic human rights.
