Effects pedal

An effects pedal is a little box that sits on the floor and makes your guitar sound different. You plug your guitar into the pedal, and then plug the pedal into an amp, which is a big speaker that makes the guitar louder.

Inside the pedal, there are tiny computers called chips that change the sound of your guitar. Different pedals have different chips that do different things. For example, one pedal might make your guitar sound like it's going through a big tunnel, while another might make it sound like a robot.

There are all kinds of different pedals you can use, and they all change your guitar in different ways. Some pedals make your guitar sound louder, some make it sound more distorted, some make it sound cleaner, and some add crazy noises to your guitar.

People use pedals to make all kinds of music. Some people use them for heavy metal music, while others use them for blues, jazz, or even classical music. If you want to make your guitar sound really cool, try using some pedals and see what happens!
