Electronic discovery
Electronic discovery, sometimes called "eDiscovery," is a process used in legal proceedings to help find information related to a case. In eDiscovery, the lawyers involved in the legal proceedings look through digital data - like emails, texts, or other types of information stored on computers or in the cloud - to help them find relevant details or evidence that might be used in the court case.
