Entryism is when a group or an individual tries to enter or join another group with the aim of influencing their decisions and actions from within. It's like you trying to be a part of a new group of friends, but you want to change how they play their games or pick their teams.
For example, let's say that you love baseball and are a part of a baseball club called "The Eagles". However, another group called "The Hawks" has different ideas about how baseball should be played, and they want to change The Eagles' way of playing. So, they send someone to join The Eagles and try to influence their decisions and practices. This person could try to convince The Eagles to change the way they play, to join The Hawks or even to dissolve the club entirely.
Entryism is not always a bad thing, but it can be harmful if the intentions of the entering group or person are not genuine. So, just like in real life, we need to be careful when someone new tries to influence our decisions and actions from the inside.
