Ercolano

Ercolano is a very old city in Italy that was buried underground a really long time ago. It happened because a big volcano called Mount Vesuvius erupted and sent hot rocks and ash down onto the city. This made everything in Ercolano stay hidden for many years until people found it and dug it up. Now, Ercolano is a really cool place to visit because you can see all of the old buildings and things that people used to use a long time ago!
