Eurocentrism

Eurocentrism is when someone makes the assumption that Europe or European culture is the best or most important one in the world. It's similar to racism, except instead of judging people differently based on their race, Eurocentrism judges people differently based on their culture. Think of it like a person believing that Europe is the “center” of the world, and that what’s good in Europe is “the best”. This can lead to people overlooking or even ignoring other cultures and their traditions.
