ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Indocentrism

Indocentrism is when you think your own country or culture is the best in the whole world and you don't really consider other countries or cultures that might be good or interesting too. It's like when you see your favorite color and you think it's the best color ever and you don't really care about the other colors around it.

It's important to remember that there are many different countries and cultures in the world, and they all have their own unique things that make them special. It's important to learn about and appreciate them all, not just think that one is better than the rest. That way, we can all learn from each other and create a more diverse and interesting world.
