Eusociality

Eusociality is a type of living arrangement in which animals work together as a group to help each other and raise their young. In a eusocial colony, the animals are divided into groups called castes. Each caste has its own specific job, like foraging for food, protecting the nest, or caring for the young. The most important caste is the queen, who creates new members of the colony by laying eggs. All the other members of the colony work together to help the queen, and when the eggs hatch, they all help raise the babies together. Eusociality is a very special type of behavior, and it's only seen in a few animals, like ants and bees.
