ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Exhibition drill

Exhibition drill is like doing a really cool dance with your friends, but instead of music playing, you use special commands and movements to put on a show.

First, everyone has to learn the commands and movements really well. Just like learning a dance routine, you practice over and over until everyone knows what to do.

Then, when it's time to perform, everyone lines up in neat rows and follows the leader's commands. They might do things like twirl their rifles or spin in circles while marching.

The goal is to look really cool and impress people who are watching. Some people even compete in exhibition drill competitions to see who can do the best and most impressive routine.
