In Exodus 3, there is a story of a man named Moses who was taking care of some sheep in the desert. While he was watching over the sheep, he saw a strange thing: a bush that was on fire but the bush was not actually burning up! This made Moses curious, so he went to take a closer look.
As Moses got closer to the bush, he heard a voice calling out to him from the bush. The voice said that it was God speaking to him. Moses was very surprised and scared because he had never heard God's voice before.
God then told Moses that he had a special job for him to do. God wanted Moses to go to Egypt and help free the Israelites (Jewish people) who were slaves there. Moses was scared and didn't think he was the right person to do this job, but God promised that he would be with him every step of the way and help him out.
Moses asked God what he should say if people asked him who sent him. God answered, "I AM WHO I AM", meaning that God is always present and will always be there for Moses.
After this conversation, Moses was convinced that he should go to Egypt and free the Israelites. Thanks to God's help and guidance, Moses did go to Egypt and was able to lead the Israelites to freedom.
