ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

False (logic)

False in logic means that a statement or proposition is not true. When someone says something is false, it means it is incorrect or not the truth. For example, if someone says that dogs can fly, that statement is false because it is not true. False is the opposite of true, so if something is not true, then it is false. It's important to make sure that we always check if statements are true or false so that we can have accurate information. Just like how we need to make sure we use the right color crayon when we draw a picture, we need to make sure we use the right words when we talk about what things are true or false.
