Feminist theory

Feminist theory is a way of thinking and talking about gender, and understanding how it affects people’s lives. It's a set of beliefs about why men and women are sometimes treated differently, and how those ideas don't make sense. Feminist theory says that everyone should be treated equally, regardless of their gender, and that people should have the same opportunities, rights and protections. This means that people should not be judged, treated differently, or have fewer rights just because of their gender.
