Finite decimal

A finite decimal is a type of decimal that has a finite number of numbers after the decimal point. This is different from an infinite decimal which has an unlimited number of numbers after the decimal point. For example, 8.1412543 is an infinite decimal because it has an unlimited number of numbers after the decimal point.
