Fish oil

Hey kiddo! Have you ever eaten fish before? You know how they have oil in them that makes them taste yummy? Well, fish oil is a special kind of oil that comes from fish that's very good for us.

Inside the fish's body, there are these little things called Omega-3 fatty acids. They might sound fancy, but they're actually just small parts of the fish's body that are very important for us to have. When we eat fish or take fish oil, our bodies take those Omega-3s and use them to do lots of good things like helping our hearts beat correctly and our brains work better.

Sometimes though, we can't always eat enough fish to get all the Omega-3s our bodies need. That's when we take fish oil supplements. They're kind of like pills we swallow that have a lot of Omega-3s in them. The supplements make sure we're getting all the Omega-3s we need to stay healthy!

So fish oil is just a special kind of oil that comes from fish that helps keep us healthy by giving our bodies Omega-3s. Pretty neat, huh?
