Flying boat

Okay kiddo, have you seen a boat on the water and a plane in the sky? Well, imagine if we combined them together to make a flying boat! It's like a boat that can fly in the sky.

How does it work? Well, the bottom of the boat is shaped like a plane's wings, which helps it take off like a plane. Once it's in the air, the boat's engines keep it flying like a plane, but it can also land on water like a boat because it has a special design to help it float.

Flying boats were first used a long time ago when planes weren't able to travel long distances without stopping to refuel. The flying boat could land on water and refuel there. This made it possible to travel further without having to stop at an airport on land.

Nowadays, flying boats are mostly used for fun and sightseeing tours. Imagine flying over the ocean and landing on the water to see some amazing sights – like dolphins or whales! It's a really cool way to explore the world.

So basically, a flying boat is a boat that can fly and land on water, like a superhero that can both swim and fly!
