Food grading

Food grading is the process of inspecting food and giving it a grade, or score, based on its quality. The aim is to make sure that all food is safe to eat and that it meets certain standards. To do this, food inspectors look at things like the color, texture, taste, and smell of the food, as well as any health or safety labels on the packaging. Once they have checked the food, they will assign it a grade according to how good it is. The higher the grade, the better the quality of the food.
